About Our Founder
Phil Jafflin presents substantial expertise as a business and financial planner. From a varied series of engagements, he has provided a range of services and engineered solutions to customers worldwide. After five years of progressively marketing a series of new offers in the US, EU and Asia, he became a business development director and joined a leverage management buyout.
His experience further encompasses more aggressive entrepreneurial ventures. Within four years, he facilitated the evolution of a startup to become a $12-million North American manufacturing and engineering services corporation. Furthermore, his broad general management experience, which encompassed high-level operations improvement and change implementation, elevated him to the Board of Directors of a $50+ million organization with additional responsibilities in M&A and innovation.
Several years ago, Phil—with over 17 years of business and financial planning, which included mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring—started his own firm to meet the needs of the small and medium-sized, privately held companies.
Phil holds a global executive MBA from TRIUM, http://rankings.ft.com/rankings/emba; an engineering BA from Isen (Institute of Electronic); a degree in management from GO M, and a doctorate level in Artificial Intelligence. Phil is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
